1. Who we are

• Account data: your name, email address and preferred language when you create an account.
• Learning data: the courses you are enrolled in, lessons you complete, and your practice exam answers and scores.
• Payment data: order amount, payment method and status. Card details are handled by the payment provider (PayPal) and never stored on our servers.
• Messages: what you send us through the contact form.

3. How we use it

• To give you access to your courses and track your progress.
• To send you account, payment and class-schedule emails.
• To answer your questions and improve our courses.

4. Service providers

Your data is stored with Supabase (database and accounts) and our website is served by Cloudflare. Lesson videos are streamed from Vimeo and live sessions run on Zoom; these services may set their own cookies when you watch or join.

5. Cookies

We only use the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your language.

6. How long we keep data

Account and learning records are kept while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account at any time, except for records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

7. Your rights

You can request a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing info@elitequalification.com.
