• For Live Virtual Classes: refund requests are accepted within 2 calendar days of purchasing the course. Refund requests are void after the start of the original class date, or if the student has accessed class materials. Any refund request beyond 2 calendar days of purchase will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.
• For On-Demand courses, practice exam products and other products offered on this website: refunds may be requested within 24 hours of purchase as long as the content has not been used.
